Integrated Informatics' Development Team to Participate in NATI's Coding in Schools Program

St. John's, NL (Canada) - Integrated Informatics Inc. is excited to announce that it will be teaming up with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Technology Industries (NATI) organization to participate in its Coding in Schools Pilot Program. Our office in St. John's, Newfoundland will help to support this program by volunteering time and resources provided by our local development for a local elementary school.

Students learn to program, develop, and code in a Coding in Schools education program.

This program is still in its initial stages, and more information will be announced as it becomes available.

About the Program

Beginning in 2017, the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Technology Industries (NATI) will launch a coding program aimed at educating students in grades 4 to 6 on the process and value in learning a new "language". This pilot program will begin with five schools in the greater metro area, running as an after-school program one day a week for six to eight weeks. Lessons will be taught in a fun and hands-on way through Scratch Workshops. For more information about this program, see the organization's website at NATI Coding for Schools.
