How Our Team Is Responding To COVID-19

Houston, TX (US) - As the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) plays out on a global scale, Integrated is constantly working to respond to these unprecedented circumstances in regards to our team, our clients, and our community.

Our greatest concern is the health and well-being of our employees as well as their families. Prior to this situation, much of our team across the United States and Canada telecommuted (e.g., worked from home or co-working space) either full-time or periodically. As of mid-March 2020, our company began moving our contractors and employees away from client sites to their own remote set-ups and ensuring they have the equipment to make their new offices as productive as possible. With many areas implementing stay-at-home orders, we are grateful that our company's services and solutions are flexible enough to make the move to "remote" - and even more grateful that our team is staying safe.

During this process, we are offering more flexible work-hours to our employees as they face challenges of their own in balancing this new routine. As many people are faced with tasks that may disrupt normal working hours - such as homeschooling children, getting supplies to elderly family members, caring for loved ones, etc. - we are allowing our staff of Developers, Software Engineers, Consultants, and more to modify their work day when needed in an effort to avoid any additional stress at an otherwise trying time.

While our staff's own schedules are more flexible, this has not in any way impacted our performance as a provider for custom development, pipeline technology, data management, support services, and more. Integrated is still available to assist our clients in whatever capacity they need as well as safely complete projects on time. Clients may still reach out to us about products and services, submit support requests, and follow-up about the best approaches to assist in their current projects. We also welcome invitations from those in our industry who may want to know more about the products and services we offer.

Within our community, we are doing our best to support those organizations that are doing good. We are truly in awe of the resiliency and responsiveness shown by many organizations, industries, and individuals who have taken the challenges presented at this time and pivoted their own efforts in a way that supports those around them. The innovation and sense of community that has resulted from such a trying situation is inspiring, to say the least.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to those who are ensuring our safety daily, whether this be in healthcare, public safety, energy and utilities, retail, and more. Thank you for looking out for one another and demonstrating goodwill and determination in the face of adversity.
